For a circuit with reserved seats, free cancellation only occurs within 14 days of purchase, if requested up to 72 hours before the date of use.

If you are unable to complete the circuit on the pre-scheduled trip, you can request a change by email (yellowbus@carris.pt) up to 72h before the date of use, which will be carried out without any penalty, provided that the product is available and there are seats.

Carristur reserves the right, for safety reasons, to suspend travels due to weather changes.
If Carristur needs to cancel the tour, a full refund of the purchase amount will be provided by Carristur. To do so, the customer must request the refund by email (yellowbus@carris.pt), providing the reservation/ticket reference for verification.

Children up to 12 years old and less than 135cm tall (at the same time) must be secured by an approved restraint system adapted to their size and weight (seats with or without back support).
